For the past seven years, Steven has shown up ready to work hard, take care of our customers, and be a dependable part of our shop every single day. Finding employees with that kind of dedication and work ethic is rare, and we truly don’t take it for granted.

We now have a dedicated mobile phone for after-hours and weekend service — and you can text us too!

This makes it easier to schedule after-hours tows, set up appointments, or reach us for anything you may need when the shop is closed.

Updated Policies Effective January 1, 2026
- No customer-supplied parts.
All parts must be purchased through our shop to ensure quality, proper fit, and warranty coverage.
-Customer-requested repairs without diagnosis:
If you request specific parts to be installed but choose not to allow us to diagnose the issue, there will be no warranty on the repair. If the repair does not resolve the issue, payment is still required.
-Diagnostic Fee:
Any appointment in which we inspect or diagnose a vehicle will include a minimum diagnostic fee of $100 per vehicle system, unless stated otherwise. Each vehicle system requires separate testing and evaluation. For example, diagnosing a check engine light and inspecting an exhaust leak are considered two separate diagnostic procedures and will be charged as two diagnostic fees.
-Estimates:
All estimates provided are approximate and do not include applicable taxes or fees. The final cost will be determined upon completion of the vehicle. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
These policies help protect both our customers and our shop while allowing us to stand behind our work. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
