Upgrading to this oversized performance orientation transmission pan with extra cooling fans and capacity to help dissipate heat from extreme towing duty on this beautiful 1997 Ford F350 Powerstroke 7.3 diesel. Heat is the #1 enemy of these transmission especially when you put that beast of a truck to work. Combine with Red Line high performance D4 automatic transmission fluid. We are gonna see a significant reduction in operating temperature of this transmission when hauling and prolonging the life of this transmission!
