WE WILL HAVE ABNORMAL HOURS THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS

Our store hours will not be normal the next couple of days. Some staff members have had family emergencies. We are very busy trying to get as many boats ready for customers as possible. There are also some health issues that have prevented other staff members from being here. There will be periods of time that the store is locked and there is no one around. Please be patient. We are likely at the water launching boats or working with customers.

We are working as hard as we possibly can to make sure all of your needs are taken care of but we know there will be some things we won’t be able to finish.

Also, it has come to our attention that our phone system is allowing people to leave messages. We don’t have direct access to these messages and therefore can’t return those calls immediately. Please try back if we don’t answer the first time you call.

Our traditional website: rrmarinesupply.com is hosted by a 3rd party. They made some changes to their servers so our site may be offline at the moment. It will be back as it does still provide very good SEO and so forth. In the meantime, we are continuing to work on our business adjustments and new tools. We are continuing several improvements in our business and the related sister companies. We are aiming to make the overall experience better for the customer. We are addressing things at every level of the business. We posted about our new service scheduling, customer portal and service management tool recently. We also mentioned our parts inventory and our reinvigorated eBay store for many of our NOS and salvage parts. We have also been working on our branding and the overall online presence of our businesses.

Through many of these improvements and adjustments, we are more actively using our Northwater name. We formed Northwater Marine, Inc. in 2016. For the most part we have not used that name and have been operating R&R Marine Supply pretty much the same as it had been under the prior owner.

When we took over R&R in early 2017 we had a vision and a hope to grow and develop a business that had multiple entities and filled multiple roles. In reality R&R had already done that in the old school way.

Over the past 9 years we have done a lot of things and had a lot of good under the R&R name. The R&R name is not going away. We will likely still be known by R&R for years to come...especially at our E. Portage (SSM, MI) location.

You will see the Northwater name more frequently and our online presence will be shifting more toward that name. We do have some new websites and more stuff in the works. We now have a dedicated site for Northwater Marine, Inc. Currently it is a good guide to the various companies, brands, tools and locations that we offer.
