The deck boards will soak up the product and displace moisture as if it was treated lumber. If you have any trailers you are running in the winter it pays to have them protected.

Here’s a before and after of a truck I did the other day. This truck was rarely driven in the winter and still had a decent size rust hole starting in rocker panel. Now the fluid film has fully encapsulated the existing rust and gotten into every pore, it won’t be spreading anytime soon.
