After much thought and consideration, we will be closing our Saugerties U-Haul Dealership the end of this month. Our last appointment day is October 31st. Until then we will continue to perform our duties, with the same commitment and hospitality, for each of our U-Haul customers. As of November 1st, we recommend you call or visit our fellow U-Haul Dealer, Your Service Center, in Kingston on Route 32. As were we, they are an Independent U-Haul Dealer and will take good care of you and your rental needs.
If your personal business is interested in adding truck rentals, visit uhaul.com, or call us. We will gladly get you in contact with the appropriate U-Haul person to help you get started. U-Haul International changed mileage charges on all In-Town truck rentals today, without any notice.
Effective immediately, the price per mile on local rentals will be as follows:
Cargo Vans & Pickup Truck rentals are now
Sunday - Thursday $0.89/mile
Friday & Saturday $0.99/mile
All In-Town Box Truck rentals are now
Sunday - Thursday $0.89/mile
Friday & Saturday $1.09/mile

Visit uhaul.com, key in “Saugerties” for your desired location, and be sure to agree to mobile pickup. Their website is programmed to push you to other locations. Our office was notified to remain open. U-Haul service is considered part of Essential Infrastructure, as a “for-hire” vehicle.
