Good Morning Everyone!
Thank you for following Mitten Autoworks. My name is Kaylee, I am a Michigan Master Certified Mechanic, and the owner/operator of Mitten Autoworks.
A little about me:
I have been a part of the automotive/transportation industry for 8 years. That experience includes working on vehicle repairs and diagnostics, making in-depth estimates and relaying them to customers in terms they understand, and providing efficient fleet maintenance repairs to keep fleet down time to a minimum. I strive to create connections with my customers to make them feel at ease, as I know how stressful it can be seeking out vehicle repairs and maintenance.
When I'm not at the shop, I enjoy going on hikes with my dog, playing soccer, collecting houseplants, and of course tinkering on my own vehicles. When I'm at the shop, my shop supervisor (pictured holding the yellow bone) is persistent on getting pets from as many new faces as possible, and is relentless for treats and play time.
Mitten Autoworks is fully licensed and insured. Whether you are a returning customer from Clutch Mechanical, or a new-to-be customer, I thank you for your interest in entrusting me as your mechanic. I hope that you follow along to see my progress, and I am excited to see what the future holds!
