We are honored to be able to contribute to the camp's mission of providing year-round camp experiences for children living with a serious illness.

The Albany Business Review recently published a news article regarding the founders of Mackey Auto Group, Chris and Christopher Mackey, who have expanded their real estate holdings with the recent acquisition of a 22.42-acre property at 2704-2706 Route 9 in Malta, Saratoga County.

The $1.2 million purchase is seen as a strategic move to secure prime real estate on Route 9, anticipating future development in the area. While there are no immediate redevelopment plans, the Mackeys have already received interest, including a potential bank branch.

This acquisition is part of their growing commercial real estate portfolio, which includes properties in Lake George and Wilton purchased earlier in the year. The Mackeys have been steadily expanding their business, Mackey Auto Group, with dealerships spanning from Wilton, New York to Middlebury, Vermont.

The site is along a stretch of Route 9 in Malta that's expected to see more development in the coming years.

The Albany Business Review recently published an article regarding Mackey Auto Group founders Chris and Christopher Mackey's continued business growth. The father and son team are expanding their Lake George real estate holdings with the recent acquisition of a property located at 1810 Route 9. This purchase adds to their growing commercial real estate portfolio, which is running alongside their auto businesses.

The 1-acre parcel includes an office building with two tenants, as well as warehouses with storage bays. It's located next to Mackey Auto Group's new The Lake George Auto Center.

The Mackeys have previously acquired other properties, such as the former Maltbie Chevrolet dealership, which they turned into their auto center. Currently, there are no plans for redevelopment of the newly acquired Route 9 property, but it aligns with their long-term vision of expanding car dealerships and commercial real estate, possibly including apartments down the line.

They have also invested in a site for a potential warehouse complex in Wilton, and their business portfolio spans from Wilton and Greenwich, New York to Middlebury, Vermont.
