Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance to customers in a safe and timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Operate a tow truck or flatbed truck to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.�- Provide roadside assistance to customers, including changing tires and jump-starting vehicles.�- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on tow trucks and other equipment.�- Manage conflicts and difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner.�- Interact with customers to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.�- Drive in a variety of conditions, including heavy traffic and inclement weather.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.�- A valid CDL or equivalent.�- Experience with manual transmission vehicles.�- Ability to operate a tow truck or flatbed truck safely and effectively.�- Excellent customer service skills.�- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.�- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and pushing.�- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
