We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team, someone who’s passionate about van life and can bring expertise and enthusiasm to our inbound sales process. You Are:
- A salesperson with 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a niche or luxury market
- Passionate about van life, travel, and adventure, and eager to learn everything about our vans, from the tech we use to the layouts we offer
- Confident and skilled in leading inbound sales conversations with high-end clients, representing a premium brand with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Someone who enjoys building authentic relationships with clients, listening to their needs, and guiding them through the sales process
- Detail-oriented and knowledgeable, able to explain the benefits of our vans, the craftsmanship involved, and why Levity Vans stands out in the market
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment where your role can evolve as you grow with the company
The Role:
- Engage with potential inbound sales calls and internet inquiries, helping potential customers understand the full range of our offerings and how our vans fit their lifestyle
- Provide knowledgeable, informed responses to questions about our van builds, materials, tech, and layouts
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized sales process
- Work with our marketing team on implementing social media posts and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest in van life trends, technology, and adventure-ready features to have authentic, educated sales conversations
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the sales process and represent the Levity brand accurately
The Details:
- Full-time position (~35 hrs/week)
- Mandatory start time at 8:30 AM with some flexibility for the end of your workday
- Our shop is open Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (occasional Friday office work)
- 401k and PTO plans included
- Located at 2117 Delaware Ave, Unit A, Santa Cruz, CA—on-site position only
