We are looking for individuals to support our Production Department. Looking for a positive attitude and desire to grow. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

-HS diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Must be authorized to work in the USA
-Proficient with Google Workspace and Outlook
-Able to operate and drive automatic and manual vehicles
-Bilingual (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
-Manage Supply Inventory (Body and Paint)
-Support in Part Receiving and Part Returns
-Keep up to date with warranties, policies, and return procedures
Retrieve parts/supplies
-Maintain production department
-Collaborate and assist KAB Team members with various tasks
-Assist and work closely with Parts & Production Manager in their daily tasks and long-term goals
-Implement & execute safety requirements

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift, move, or carry objects up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

HS diploma or equivalent 2-3 years office experience
1+ years customer service experience
Efficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook, Google Workspace

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must be at least 18 years of age

Industry experience (Preferred)
Fluent English (Bilingual Preferred)

Responsibilities:

Must have a positive, “can do” attitude. Customer service and satisfaction must be the top priority.
Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Answer, transfer and screen calls
Assist with insurance claims
Maintain a clean and organized office and reception space
Manage Outlook Calendar
Provide support to Office Team
File invoices, mail, documents

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday 8a-5p)
