Roy Rogers and Trigger - Roy got his horse Trigger in 1938 and rode him in every one of his films and TV shows after that. He had appeared in one earlier movie, ridden by Olivia de Havilland in The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938). Trigger died in 1965 at age 33.

Nice ride up through the green hills around Lompoc and lunch at mother Hubbards in Buellton

Four old farts rode today up the coast and then up route one through Lompoc and ended up in Orcutt at the 825 Blast Brewery Restaurant. Beautiful weather!!

Five old farts rode through the back country of Santa Barbara and ended up at the mayors place restaurant for lunch in Nipomo. Lovely day clear blue skies and temperatures in the low 80s.
