Today, we were proud to present the first-ever Zeb Webb Employee of the Year Award to Michael Steel.
This award was created in honor of Zeb Webb — a leader, friend, and family to many of us at ETR — whose impact continues to shape who we are as a team.
This year’s recipient, Michael Steel, truly embodies the spirit of this award. Michael consistently leads with integrity, kindness, and accountability. He shows up with purpose, supports those around him, and brings resilience and pride to his work every single day. He leads through service, helps others succeed, and sets the standard for what this award will represent going forward.
