Percys Tire is now looking for a Store Manager.
Automotive service: 2 years (Required)
Location:
102 Cottage St. Sanford Maine
Duties
Candidate will be the face of the location and will be directly interacting with customers as well as dispatching service work to technicians. Experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate.

Candidate will need to be a self starter who takes responsibility and accountability for their location and drives results. A strong background in sales and customer service will translate well.
Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
Accurately document customer vehicle issues and service requests.
Provide detailed explanations of required repairs and maintenance services, including oil changes, vehicle maintenance, air brake systems, shocks, struts, and diesel engine repairs.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and completion timelines.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions in the dealership's management system.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment within the service area.
Pay:
$55,000- 65,000 per year pending experience
