TWO FOR TWO! Ponderay shop manager Megan Sheppard was recently named one of North Idaho's top 40 Under 40 business leaders in the North Idaho Business Journal. Both she and Carsen Weber, who manages the Sandpoint Northwest Auto Body, were selected from applicants throughout North Idaho representing many professions. Congrats, Megan!

If she could give her younger self any advice, Sheppard said, it would be to have confidence in who she is.

I called Northwest thinking I might have a warranty issue and they asked me to stop by the following morning. It was Christmas Eve and Eric was kind enough to assist me with what ended up being an unrelated issue! He even noticed I had a new wiper blade in the passenger seat and Nick installed it while I was there as a courtesy. This team went above and beyond and were very kind and helpful!
