With a vehicle this nice, protection starts from day one. We performed a thorough wash, decontamination, and surface preparation before applying a premium ceramic coating to help protect the paint from the elements while enhancing gloss and depth.

The ceramic coating adds a slick, hydrophobic layer that makes maintenance easier, helps repel dirt and water, and keeps this King Ranch looking its best for years to come.

Thank you for trusting Midnight Detailing with your investment. We appreciate the opportunity to help keep it protected from the very beginning.

Another shop favorite ✅

This truck received a thorough decontamination wash designed to safely remove built-up road grime, contaminants, and debris that regular washes often leave behind. We paid special attention to every area of the vehicle, ensuring it was cleaned properly from top to bottom.

Services performed included:

✔️ Full exterior decontamination and wash
✔️ Undercarriage cleaning to remove dirt, salt, and buildup from hard-to-reach areas
✔️ Engine bay cleaning and dressing
✔️ Deep cleaning of the wheel barrels and wheel faces
✔️ Exhaust tip polishing to restore shine and remove oxidation

It’s always rewarding to work on vehicles that are driven and enjoyed, and Charlie’s Duramax is no exception. Taking care of the areas most people don’t see is what helps keep a truck looking its best and makes routine maintenance easier down the road.

Thank you, Charlie, for continuing to trust Midnight Detailing with your Duramax. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing it back in the shop.

This Denali came to us with the typical swirl marks, wash marring, and imperfections that are especially noticeable on black paint. We performed a thorough paint correction to restore depth, clarity, and gloss before applying a premium ceramic coating for long-term protection.

The ceramic coating will help protect the finish from environmental contaminants, UV damage, and make future maintenance washes significantly easier while enhancing the deep black shine.

Black vehicles are some of the most rewarding transformations, and this Denali Ultimate now has the gloss, depth, and protection it deserves.

Thank you, Jack, for trusting Midnight Detailing with your investment. We appreciate the opportunity to keep your vehicle looking its absolute best.

Ceramic coatings are frequently marketed as though installation alone guarantees effortless long-term performance for years afterward.

In reality, coating performance is influenced continuously by environmental exposure, wash practices, seasonal contamination, mileage, maintenance intervals, and the overall manner in which the vehicle is cared for over time.

That reality is precisely why Midnight Detailing places such a strong emphasis on continued performance monitoring and long-term professional involvement following installation.

When I install a coating, I do not view the process as concluded the moment the vehicle leaves the shop. Ongoing evaluation and maintenance are critical components of preserving consistent protection standards and identifying concerns before premature degradation begins.

Unfortunately, there are situations where a coated vehicle disappears for extended periods without follow-up evaluations, maintenance inspections, or communication, only for concerns to surface much later after years of environmental exposure or improper care practices.

If questions or concerns ever arise regarding one of my installations, I genuinely want the opportunity to personally inspect the vehicle, evaluate the condition of the coating, and help determine the most appropriate path forward.

I stand behind my work, and I take that responsibility seriously.

That commitment to realistic expectations, disciplined craftsmanship, continued oversight, and long-term accountability remains a foundational part of Midnight’s philosophy and the manner in which I approach vehicle protection.

Today we completed a single stage correction and ceramic coating on our friend Mace’s Denali.

Although we all wish for perfect results, they’re not always guaranteed — especially when dealing with prior paint work and years of improper washing. Luckily in this case, we were able to salvage a lot for Mace and bring this Denali back to life.

This truck came to us heavily scratched from previous owners and automatic car washes, with limited room to safely chase perfection due to prior paint work. Our goal was to improve the finish as much as possible while staying within a realistic and comfortable budget.

We were able to dramatically richen the color, restore clarity back into the paint, and bring back a deep gloss while safely preserving the integrity of the finish. We then locked it all in with a ceramic coating for long-term protection and easier maintenance moving forward.

The leftover compound that was embedded into the moldings from previous work will also be addressed and removed during Mace’s first maintenance appointment.

Not every vehicle needs a full multi-stage correction to make a huge difference — sometimes the right approach and realistic expectations create the best outcome.

Thank you Mace for trusting Midnight Detailing with your Denali.✅

This Nissan Rogue arrived with severe scratching and surface damage along the passenger side — enough that the owner initially believed repainting might ultimately be necessary.

After careful inspection, Brandy determined the finish could potentially be restored safely through a proper paint correction process rather than immediately resorting to repaint work.

Through disciplined refinement procedures and controlled correction methods, a substantial amount of the visible damage was corrected while preserving the original factory finish.

One of the most overlooked aspects of professional paint correction is that many finishes people assume are beyond saving can often be dramatically improved under the proper conditions.

Not every damaged panel requires repainting.

Sometimes the correct solution is proper evaluation, patience, controlled correction methods, and an understanding of how to safely refine modern paint systems without compromising long-term finish integrity.

Preserving original paint whenever possible will always remain the preferred route.

Swipe through to see the transformation.

Heavy surface marring like this does not happen overnight.

In most cases, finishes reach this condition after years of improper wash methods, automatic car washes, contamination buildup, neglected decontamination procedures, and avoidable surface abuse gradually compounding over time.

One of the largest misconceptions surrounding ceramic coatings and vehicle protection is the belief that protection products eliminate the need for proper long-term maintenance.

They do not.

Even protected finishes will eventually require substantial refinement if improper maintenance practices continue long enough.

This is why so much emphasis is placed here on proper correction procedures, maintenance education, periodic inspection, and long-term surface preservation rather than temporary cosmetic improvement alone.

The objective has never been short-term gloss.

It has always been preservation of the finish itself through disciplined correction work and responsible long-term care.

The correction process on this finish is now underway. Once the refinement process has been completed properly and protection has been applied, the finished result will be documented and shared.

We haven’t seen this Western Star in 3 months—and today it came back in for its monthly wash and ceramic check 👀

After a full deep winter wash, we found zero maintenance needed. The ceramic coating is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do—still holding strong, still protecting, still performing 💪

This is why we stand behind our coatings.

All Stoneridge trucks are on a monthly wash plan with us, so we’ll be checking it again next month to make sure everything continues performing at Midnight level 🔥

Stay protected. Stay Midnight.

High-quality correction work is not the result of volume-driven workflows or standardized packages. It is the result of careful evaluation, deliberate process, and a clear understanding of what each individual vehicle requires.

Midnight Detailing operates with that principle at the core of every service performed.

Each vehicle is assessed based on its condition, its paint system, and the level of refinement necessary to achieve a meaningful result. No assumptions are made, and no steps are rushed for the sake of throughput.

In some cases, the process requires only light refinement. In others, it involves multi-stage correction, precise defect removal, and the application of long-term protective systems designed to perform beyond the initial finish.

The distinction lies not only in the process itself, but in the standard that governs it.

The objective is not simply to improve appearance, but to restore clarity, depth, and a finish that maintains its integrity over time.

We got the opportunity to work on the car they call “KITT.”

This Pontiac Firebird from the iconic TV show Knight Rider is a true piece of automotive history.

Our goal was to bring it as close to showroom condition as possible in preparation for its listing on Bring a Trailer.

We performed a precise single-stage paint correction, refining the finish and restoring clarity while preserving the integrity of the paint.

The result — a deep, revived gloss ready for the spotlight.

Be sure to keep an eye out for this one on Bring a Trailer. ✅
