Ok I know, it`s been a while since we posted anything cool, but that`s because we haven`t built anything cool in a while. Just been doin` the usual maintenence stuff on everyone`s rides.

BUT, TODAY...for your entertainment, we`ve finally got something interesting.

1986 Honda Rebel 250

Tank and frame are rattlecan`d, everything else is powder coated in house.

So...I know, it`s been a long time since the last update, but in amongst all the other jobs we`re doing, we`ve done alot of work to the Ironhead and finally got it to where we can kickstart it to check for leaks, timing issues, et al. We only had to kick it a hundred times before it finally lit off...but it runs !!!!

Making SLOW progress on the Ironhead. Putting the forks together this piece from here, that piece from there, 30 hours online scouring eBay and a couple other websites, what a pain in the butt !!! Still gotta find the brake cable perch, not to mention figure out how it all mounts. not to mention the rim won`t cut it, and then, I still have to polish the brake, mount a headlight and find a speedometer we don`t have yet.

Finally some more progress on the `68 Ironhead !! Now we`re working on the front forks and looking for a useable drum brake front wheel, which is turning out to be super hard to find.

Adding both fenders (customer supplied), fabricated rear fender struts, welded up the broken seat pan, powder coated struts and pan...then mounting it all with proper hardware.

AND in THIS corner, we have a full engine rebuild caused by a bad connecting rod bearing and an oil pump that started grinding into the case.
