He Almost Paid $2,100 for This Repair!

One mailer, one second opinion, and a flashlight changed everything.

On a hot day, Edward Rugg, noticed something no driver wants to see: Steam coming from his Toyota’s engine. 😤

Like clockwork, he headed to the Toyota dealership where he purchased his vehicle and previously trusted for repairs and maintenance.

Their quote to fix it? A WHOPPING $2,100!

Then Edward remembered something that had arrived in his mailbox the week before - a mailer from our team at Star Motors.

He decided on a whim to swing by our shop...what could he lose?

After our team diagnosed the problem, we invited Edward into the service bay.

Our technician grabbed a flashlight, pointed directly to the worn hoses and showed him exactly where the lines had begun to fail.

There was no mystery.

No taking our word for it.

He could see the problem himself.

When Edward returned the next morning, his technician was there - flashlight in hand again - to show him the new hoses, clamps and repairs that had been completed.

And the final cost?

Nearly half of what the dealership had quoted him.
