With a combined 46 years of experience in the auto body collision repair business, Frank Lofrano and his son Tony, opened for business at 1745 Divisadero Street, San Francisco in July 1974. In just a few months time, their workload demanded that they hire a third body technician to handle the needs of the rapidly growing business. Soon after, Tony's younger brothers, Jim and Fred joined the team. It was a time when most work was done by hand and long before estimating and management system computerization. We've come a long way.Over 35 years later, the next generation is bringing new energy into the business with Tony's sons Aaron and Josh in management positions. The organization consists of three repair facilities and an Estimating Center in San Francisco and two full-service repair facilities in San Rafael. Lofrano and Son team is comprised of over 80 employees, with seven family members in the business.

This view never gets old. 🛣️🍂

There is something about an open road in October that feels like the whole season was built for it. Windows up, heat on, playlist locked in.

What's on your October driving playlist right now? 🎶

October is actually one of the best months to tow. 🛻

Cooler temps mean your engine and transmission run more efficiently, which reduces wear on long hauls. But fall also brings its own hazards: leaves and rain reduce visibility faster than expected, and early morning frost can hit before you think to check for it.

Know your route, give yourself extra stopping distance, and enjoy some of the best camping weather of the year. 🙌

October is the last great month for a ride. 🍂

Cooler air, empty roads, and scenery that peaks right now and nowhere else. There's a reason riders say fall is their favorite season.

What's your favorite time of year to get out on two wheels? 🏍️

Before you hitch up for one last fall camping run, here are 4 things worth checking.

✅ Trailer hitch and coupler connection, things shift after a summer of use

✅ Running lights and brake lights on the trailer

✅ Tire pressure on both the tow vehicle and trailer

✅ Wheel bearing condition, especially after a heavy summer season

Five minutes of prep beats a breakdown on a dark September back road. 🙌
