VESPA SALES POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• The Vespa Sales Associate is one of the primary contacts for every customer in each phase of the buying process. You will provide the education, information, written and verbal communication, and after-sales support to every client from the very first introduction to the final drive-off.
• You will answer time sensitive sales calls, providing responses (verbal or written) for quotes, inventory and general inquiries
• The Sales Associate creates and maintains an environment that promotes positive communications within the Sales Department, as well as fostering teamwork within the various adjacent departments (Service, Apparel, Parts Depts).
• You continue to build VespaSF brand awareness, client retention and brand loyalty.
• You are detail oriented with a focus on the larger picture, maintaining longer range projects like meeting or exceeding daily, monthly & annual sales quotas while completing short-range daily tasks like welcoming walk-ins and client follow-ups.
• You will be expected to work weekends (operating hours are Tues-Sat, 10-6:30, occasional Sundays and evenings), with a flexible before/after-hours schedule to VERY RARELY accommodate the specific needs of your busy professional clientele.
• We are a full-service facility offering maintenance and bodywork to our existing and new clients. Your prime directive will be to ensure excellent customer care with an emphasis on client satisfaction and “buildup”, while eliminating client attrition after the initial sale.
Qualifications:
• Must have M1 license (or intent to achieve M1 immediately), with scootering/ motorcycling experience a plus
• Must be able to easily maneuver scooters and motorcycles around a sales floor
• 3-5 years Sales and Business Development preferred tho not required. Willing to train the right individual who possesses the basic tenets of a can-do sales mentality
• Must possess or be willing to get a DMV salesperson’s license
• Must have excellent written, phone and oral communication skills
• Must have outstanding presentation, writing, and inter-personal relationship building skills
• Must be comfortable and familiar with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.) to be used in client outreach and marketing
• Must possess a passion for developing new business and growing revenue streams
• Must be a self-starter adept at multi-tasking, working well under pressure and possessing a DIY approach to work
• Must command a high level of customer care for all sorts of personalities, with an ability to close a sale using a multitude of tactics and approaches.
