Gene Henderson,The Crack Doctor Chip & Crack W/S Repair was first in the nation to become nationally certified under the new "Repair of Laminated Auto Glass Standard" - ROLAGS approved by the American National Standards Institute - ANSI.
The authors developing the ROLAGS standard were the National Windshield Repair Association - NWRA and the National Glass Association- NGA in collaboration with a few chosen repair technicians throughout the country like Gene who gave their professional ideas and suggestions to help with the standardization and to regulate certification of each repair technician a national standard.

Since 2009 Gene's has been teaching and certifing future technician on "how to do chip & crack repairs" and is considered one of leaders in the industry for teaching at his National Windshield Repair Academy in San Diego.
