Zillow lost $881 MILLION and wiped out $40 BILLION in stock value.

How?

By trusting their own algorithm to buy homes.

Their CEO even sold his personal house for 40% LESS than what Zillow’s famous “Zestimate” said it was worth.

Let that sink in.

The guy running the company didn’t even trust his own number.

And yet millions of homeowners are still making the biggest financial decisions of their life based on a free online estimate that can be off by tens—or even hundreds—of thousands of dollars.

Would you let a broken calculator decide how much you should invest in your retirement?

Then why would you let one dictate the value of your home?

The truth is: your home is your largest investment.

Treating a Zestimate like the gospel is financial malpractice.

Even Zillow doesn’t trust Zillow.
