Been thinking about selling this bus since, like I thought I would and could use the money for my garage build. $7,000 will get you this 2004 chevy 3500 cutaway. It has the 6.0l gas engine, 4l80E transmission, 4 wheel disc brakes and 4.11 gears which will get it up and moving yet still cruise down the highway. The bench seat folds out to a bed and the back benches will fold out to a bed which holds a full-size mattress pad. Has L.E.D. lights hooked to a deep cycle battery under rear bench. Storage under both rear benches big enough to keep a canopy tent under. I have 2 window A.C. units to go with it. The downside I have not fixed yet is it could use some ball joints and I had a heater hose blow this summer on a trip so I clamped them off with vise grips and have not fixed the hose so no heat right now. I also have a custom heavy duty hitch for it. It is titled as a cutaway which has standard pickup plates and standard insurance on it. $7,000 and it is all yours. 1997 BlueBird International 3800 12 window . Runs great with good tires .ready for conversion. Door welded to solid door but still looks like a school door, front and back Double deadbolts Has had all seats removed, inside walls removed, rear door wall removed, front dash removed. Floor removed and sealed , stop sign removed, bumper arm removed, new batteries, new battery door lock , new fuel door lock. I have more buses gutted and ready for sale. All front bodywork done. We bought a house and have come off the road! We are selling our bus! 2007 shuttle bus gas motor located in Festus Missouri. Asking $8500
History of the bus was operated by a nursing home in Pennsylvania. I bought the bus 2 years ago so my wife could travel,get her doctor appointments ect ,she was disabled.we took the bus to Iowa, Baltimore, west Virginia, and numerous doctors appointments, never had any problems with it.
I removed two rows of rear seats. To put in a camod for her ,it was hard for her to get in and out out public restrooms,also for her lift chair.
The bus only has 56,000 miles on it it does have some rust see the pics, I have put a lot of money in the bus to make it safe and ride comfortably. Has been throughly checked out by a commercial mechanic last week were planning trip to east cost. Unfortunately my wife passed away last week so I no longer need the bus I hopping to find someone who can.
Following is a list of everything that has been done to the bus in the last year.by a commercial bus mechanic.
New fuel tank and fuel pump
Complete exhaust system
New shocks all the way around
6 new tires not even 1000 miles on them
New ac condenser and lines.( front and rear ac units work great)

Hi! We’re selling this 2004 GMC Blue Bird Short Bus. It would make for a great conversion! Recently taken out of service by a Georgia School district in May 2022. Title says 240k miles but odometer says 140k- school replaced the instrument cluster and engine at 100k miles.

Starts and runs great, new starter battery also installed. Tires in good shape!

We were going to build it out but our plans are changing!
