➡️ For after.. We recently had a customer who parked under a tree for a while. Rainy, sappy, bird dropping was the type of water that came down onto his car and stained the coating.. Happens. The really cool part of this after shot, we didn’t polish, anything! We did a hand wash, and quick demineralization wipe, rinsed, dried and boosted with an sio2 sealant. About a month later of parking in direct sunlight (what we asked customer to do) this Self Healing Ceramic Coating reset itself and burned off so much of these stains and etching.

Removing swirl marks and defects safely requires proper lighting, paint evaluation, polishing combinations, and patience. There’s a major difference between quickly masking imperfections and permanently correcting them.

At OCD, we approach correction work carefully because modern clear coat is finite — once removed, it doesn’t come back.
