(Retrospective post #1) - Sold this van to start the business in Aug 2020.
1. That was not the original intent. 2. The market was begging for a local builder in the Bay area.
3. Let's just get an empty van and start! Nothing to it right?
4. Best decision ever.
5. Everything was a struggle.
