The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Wind Advisory for the San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys, including the Inland Empire, beginning at 4:00 AM today, Wednesday, 2/4, to noon PST Thursday, 2/5.
Winds: East winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph expected. Isolated gusts to 55 mph.
Locations: San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire-San Diego County Valleys-San Bernardino County Mountains-Riverside County Mountains-Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills-San Diego County Mountains-San Gorgonio Pass near Banning-Orange County Inland Areas- Including the cities of San Bernardino, Banning, Moreno Valley, Pine Valley, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Idyllwild-Pine Cove, Riverside, Poway, Corona, and Running Springs.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds of this strength can make driving difficult, particularly for high-profile vehicles. Please use extra caution while traveling on and around campus. Secure loose outdoor items when possible and remain alert to changing conditions.
