2022 Isuzu NPR HD Tilt Cab - Customer states that it is hard to steer to the left. Upon inspection we found the power steering system completely out of fluid, with the steering extremely stiff when turn to the left. Raise the front end, bleed the power steering pump/gear box, clean the power steering pump, hoses & frame to properly identify the leak. Refill & bleed the power steering. Test drive to confirm repairs.

2016 Fprd Transit 250 - Customer states that unit has a coolant leak & requires an oil change. During inspection, we were able to confirm & locate the coolant leak allowing us to identify the source of the coolant loss & determine the repairs needed. Water Pump Leaking.

Routine service is also inspection time. Whether a vehicle comes in for an oil change or a known concer, we take the time to look your vehicle over & catch anything that needs attention.

2012 Chevrolet Express - while installing a new hitch we noticed that something else that needs attention.

When the accelerator is applied, the engine had excessive movement, visibly lifting instead of being held securely in place. Further inspection pointed to a worn/failed motor mount.

Sometimes what a vehicle comes in for isn’t the only thing we find. That’s why we keep an eye out for additional concerns while a vehicle is in our care.

2019 Freightliner M2106 - Routine Oil Change & as part of every oil change service we perform an inspection of each unit. We found that the serpentine belt is showing significant cracking & deterioration.

A worn belt may still be doing its job today, but once it fails, the vehicle can quickly end up out of service. Routine maintenance is not just about changing the oil, it's also an opportunity to catch developing issues before they lead to unexpected downtime.

⚠️ NEW DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN GOOD.
Oil filters can be defective, too. A failed filter can restrict oil flow, lose its seal, or fail internally, potentially putting your engine at risk. And yes… this is a real failed oil filter we came across. 👀That’s why if something seems off after an oil change, don’t automatically rule out the filter just because it’s new.
