🚛🔧 Big job in the shop!

This week, we had the opportunity to work on a diesel truck for Mangold Roofing after a high-pressure fuel pump failed.

When one of these pumps comes apart internally, it doesn’t just stop working. It can send tiny metal particles throughout the entire fuel system, contaminating everything from the fuel lines and injectors to the fuel tank.

Unfortunately, that means the repair is much more involved than simply replacing one part.

You can see how extensive a repair like this can be.

🚗 Big news, TOA Fam!

Beginning November 1st, Thousand Oaks Automotive will officially be offering Emissions Testing right here at the shop!

If your vehicle requires an emissions test for registration renewal in Bexar County, we've got you covered. Even better, we now have two certified technicians ready to perform the testing and help get you back on the road.

A few things to know:
✅ Emissions Testing begins November 1st.
✅ Cost is $18.50.
✅ Vehicles 25 years old and older are exempt from emissions testing.

Whether you're already one of our customers or it's your first time visiting, we'd love to help make your registration process quick and easy.
