Billy Bob's Repair & Tire

Today, we celebrate Amy Slaughter's 10th anniversary at Billy Bob’s Repair & Tire!

Amy’s journey with us began at the front desk as our receptionist, and over the years, she has grown into our Mobile Service Manager. Her journey is a true reflection of the dedication, heart, and hard work she brings to our team every day.

Amy has done more than watch Billy Bob’s grow over the years; 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒆’𝒗𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒅. She has helped shape who we are today, making a lasting impact on our team, our customers, and our company.

10 years is more than just a milestone. It represents countless hours of hard work, challenges overcome, memories made, and the many ways one person can make a difference. Amy, your growth alongside this company means more than words can express, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have contributed along the way.

Thank you for believing in Billy Bob’s, growing with us, and being such an important part of our story. We are so proud of how far you’ve come and so thankful to have you as part of our team. Here's to everything you've accomplished and all the great things still ahead!

When our DOT Inspector, Danny, isn’t handling inspections, you can find him lending a hand wherever he’s needed, whether that’s in the shop or the office!

Danny also test-drives our customers’ vehicles once repairs are complete to help us maintain our quality control. He is always willing to step up with a smile on his face and a positive attitude.

People like Danny make a difference around here! We’re grateful to have team members who go the extra mile, support one another, and take pride in helping the team succeed.

When you bring your truck to Billy Bob’s Repair and Tire, we know your time matters.

That’s why we’ve invested in equipment that helps our tire team work faster, more efficiently, and of course, safely.

Our Tire Auto Inflation Station allows us to:
🛞 Inflate 4 tires at once
🛞 Set the precise pressure needed
🛞 Monitor pressure while inflating
🛞Get alerts if pressure goes over the set limit

The result? Less time waiting in the shop and more time getting back to business.

This week, our Shop Service Manager, Julio Reyes, from Billy Bob's Repair & Tire, and Justin Muñoz from True North Fleet Services attended the TMC Super Tech Competition in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

They went ready to challenge themselves and compete alongside some of the industry's best technicians. They walked away with new knowledge, valuable experience, and even more motivation to keep growing in their craft.

We are incredibly proud of both Julio and Justin for putting themselves out there, representing our teams, and having the willingness to step up and compete at this level.

Way to represent, Julio and Justin! We’re proud of you!

Our Tire Manager, Ricky, has been spending some extra time in the bay lately, working right alongside his guys while we’ve been short-handed, and we really appreciate that.

A manager isn’t just someone who gives direction. A 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 sees when their team needs help and jumps in. It doesn’t matter what your title is. When your team needs you, you show up. Ricky has been doing exactly that. He’s been right there, putting in the work, helping his team, and showing what leadership looks like through his actions.

That’s something we’re proud to say is a big part of the culture here at Billy Bob’s Repair and Tire. Our team looks out for one another, steps up when needed, and doesn’t hesitate to lend a hand.

We’re proud of Ricky and proud of the entire Billy Bob’s Repair and Tire team.
