Is that dreaded light on? We know it can be stressful, but it doesn't always mean the worst case. With the Emissions Testing in Bexar County coming up later this year, it is definitely something that needs to be handled before registering your vehicle. Some reasons it is on:
👉A loose or faulty gas cap
👉A failing oxygen sensor
👉Spark plug or ignition coil issues
👉Emissions system concerns
👉More serious engine performance problems

Ignoring the light can led to reduced fuel efficiency, poor performance or cotly damage over time. The safest step? Have it PROFESSIONALLY diagnosed so you know what is going on. An OBDII scanner will NOT tell you, only guide you where to start.

We are here to keep you driving with confidence!

Friendly reminder from me to you: YOUR CAR IS NOT SUPPOSED TO FEEL LIKE A SAUNA.
If your A/C is blowing kinda cold, cold-ish, or straight-up “I’m sorry, I can’t help you”… it might be time to have it checked out. BUT....before you say, “Just put some Freon in it!” — hold up. Your A/C system has several components working together, and sometimes a low charge is a symptom of a bigger problem. We’d rather diagnose it correctly than have you keep paying for temporary fixes.
Because in San Antonio, we don't need our cars making us sweat. Your commute should be comfortable. Your steering wheel should NOT double as a hand warmer. (Unless you are like me and constantly freezing)

Going to a parts store is quick and easy to get your battery tested. However, it is sometimes not reliable. Their electronic testers have so many false readings, so before you go buying that battery or that part they are suggesting, get it tested by a trusted auto repair facility. We put a load into the testing to force the battery to work and get a more accurate reading of your battery. Testing a battery is free! It's better to know before spending the money you don't need to
