Does your car have electrical issues? We can help!
We had a vehicle in recently that was having severe driving issues. If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it! When driving down the road, it felt like the vehicle was getting no power. The would move forward, but almost like a dirty throttle or fuel issue type of driving. NO! You know what it was? The vehicle owner put in AMAZON lights that were not intended for the vehicle and due to these parts, it caused the car to freak out and not allow driving. After troubleshooting several components and replacing with lights that were intended for the car, the problem went away! Why do you pay a diagnostic? Because the time it took to figure this out as well as the knowledge of the technician is what you are paying for. Go to someone who has the experience to know where to look and figure it out. We had the vehicle in and out in just a couple hours!

We truly have the best customers. What sets us apart from other shops? We take the time to chat with each customer. We get to know their families, their trips coming up, who's kid is off to college, etc. We don't put on a "show" and fake it. We genuinely care. It's moments like this that let us know that they know we do care. We have had several people pop by just to say hi and check in with us because it's been a while. We have had customers come in just to pray with us. We have customers that ask about my own kids. We really love and enjoy each person that walks through this door. Education is KEY! We will always take a moment and explain the repair, the address concerns, teach a little about the why. We had a customer come in and tell us this is why she picked us over the three quotes she got on the phone. Not because we were the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but because we asked questions and addressed hers. We didnt' make her feel less than, and we gave the personal approach. Friendly reminder from me to you: YOUR CAR IS NOT SUPPOSED TO FEEL LIKE A SAUNA.
If your A/C is blowing kinda cold, cold-ish, or straight-up “I’m sorry, I can’t help you”… it might be time to have it checked out. BUT....before you say, “Just put some Freon in it!” — hold up. Your A/C system has several components working together, and sometimes a low charge is a symptom of a bigger problem. We’d rather diagnose it correctly than have you keep paying for temporary fixes.
Because in San Antonio, we don't need our cars making us sweat. Your commute should be comfortable. Your steering wheel should NOT double as a hand warmer. (Unless you are like me and constantly freezing)

The power of knowledge and experience.
We had a customer who took their car into a chain location (nothing wrong with it, but it was mainly tire changes and they were trying to diagnose the engine). The warranty company of the customer wanted an auto repair facility to get a second opinion and quote it for an engine replacement because that is what this tire facility stated it needed. Rafael diagnosed, troubleshot the vehicle and spent time really looking it over. The engine was ok! There were different issues with the vehicle which was causing it to not start. Instead of paying over 5k for an engine, the customer only needed to pay 1/5th of that!
We would love to be that second opinion for you!
