Finished up the suspension lift on this brush truck for Guadalupe County Fire Rescue.

Another Power Wagon with the steering sorted out.

We built a custom track bar to correct the geometry, fixed the steering gearbox orientation, and got the steering wheel centered back up. Now everything is working together the way it should.

This 2nd Gen is rolling out with a completely upgraded steering setup from PSC Motorsports, Chris Willett, and Synergy Manufacturing.

After going through multiple steering gearboxes, the customer decided it was time to upgrade to one of the most durable options on the market, along with the supporting parts to match.

We also added hydro assist, a fabricated 3/8-inch differential cover, and a Chris Willett steering brace built specifically for the PSC gearbox.

This setup should take everything this truck can throw at it.

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Maximum 4X4. 🇺🇸

We had the privilege of getting this local fire department's Ram 5500 dialed in before it heads into service.
-
This build received a suspension lift, upgraded rear leaf springs, FOX shocks front and rear, and a new set of running boards. This week we're dialing in the ride height before it's ready to hit the road protecting our community.
