We are seeking a Master-Level Diagnostic Technician or A-Level Mechanic to take a lead position in our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work in an air conditioned facility with high-end vehicles, surrounded by a tight-knit, highly skilled, and goal-oriented staff. From typical oil changes to full bolt on performance parts, suspensions and eveything in between.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics using advanced equipment
* Perform a wide range of repairs, including engine, suspension, electrical, brakes, transmission, etc.
* Execute regular maintenance services efficiently and accurately
* Lead by example in maintaining high workmanship standards and meeting deadlines
* Work closely with fellow techs and management to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
* Take initiative in specialty and performance projects

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 🔧 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic
* 🎓 High School diploma or equivalent (automotive tech school preferred)
* ✅ ASE Certifications A1-A8 &/or L1 Master highly preferred
* 🛠️ Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* 💡 Deep knowledge of high-end/luxury and exotic vehicle systems
* 👀 High attention to detail and pride in quality work
* 🚘 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* 🔥 Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about automotive excellence
