Great review from Antoinette... "I have so much respect for Rudy Faz and the way he runs his business .My experience with him and his crew of mechanics and body work professionals is to top notch. I am an older single woman who is going through some trying times. I bought a 2012 Sorento with 259k miles and some body damage only to find out it had a failing transmission and a severe problem making it almost impossible to put fuel in the tank. It had front quarter panel body damage that I didn't know actually damaged the frame. There were other issues as well. If you want a mechanic shop that will seek until they find out the cause of even bizarre symptoms, who will listen to you, who will patiently and kindly explain everything to you, who will treat you with the utmost respect AND WHO NEVER TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE A WOMAN, who gives options in layers so you can make informed decisions on what work you want done based on what is priority and in your budget at that time, who does their best to make it affordable for you AND WHO HONORS HIS WORD AND HIS WARRANTY ( the used low mileage transmission started showing problems within a week so he ordered another one immediately and replaced it), THEN YOU MOST DEFINITELY SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH RUDY AT ALAMO CITY AUTOMOTIVE . THE BODY WORK IS FLAWLESS . RUDY RUNS HIS BUSINESS WITH HONOR. I AM A CHRISTIAN AND I WON'T TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ANYONE ELSE. THANK YOU RUDY AND YOUR CREW OF PROFESSIONALS.
