Mike Asay is the President, technician, diagnostician and electrical specialist as well as transmission re-builder at the shop. As if that wasn’t already an overflowing buffet of a plate, he’s also an avid hunter, outdoorsman and Boat enthusiast. At Tip Top, we service all vehicle makes and models with any repair needs so you can keep enjoying your own hobbies. Carl Rowley is a technician and transmission re-builder. He enjoys collecting guns, camping and of course, hunting. carl has a degree in automotive repair, and that isn’t any BS—well, actually, it is. All of Tip Top’s employees are true experts in the industry, with the background and papers to prove it. Ross Hansen is the Manager and Service Writer advisor and part specialist at Tip Top. He’s an ASE Master Technician and a hunting and fishing enthusiast. He loves to go jeeping whenever he gets a chance. Nik Park is an ASE Certified Master Technician and handles most of your diagnostic needs. He’s is a family man and takes great pride in his work. Tyler Baker is the R&R technician and is known for taking great pride in his work. A lover of building his own custom vehicles and helping out some mechanical needs for race teams.
