North Carolina Consumers: There are insurance companies and TPA's (Third Party Administrators) that are actively trying to control your actions and "steer" you in the case of damage to your vehicle. It is being cloaked in NC House Bill 356. This bill passed through the North Carolina House of Representatives unannounced on Tuesday, June 2 and will likely go before the senate next week.

CALL TO ACTION: Please reach out to your local senator about this issue and preserve your rights to be informed when you make an automobile insurance claim.

We hope that everybody has been able to stay home, safe and warm this weekend! While we may be a skeleton crew, the Sudden Impact office will be open tomorrow at 10am.
