Months back I called Cool Runnings HVAC LLC to figure out why wasn’t cooling. When we both realized that another company did the work 13 mins in it was suggested we call them, so I did.

This morning I get a call saying they’re sending a bill to collections for $175 (Paid) because they showed up to the house for a service call. ( Kind of Understandable)

However I paid them for other services that are still unresolved that will no longer be entertained.

Long story short I trusted my gut and called the local guys even allowed them in my home to shoot video to support the business to be repaid in this way is insane. Cedric Pohanka Armwood‼️
