I called from Columbus,Ohio because Briarwood was the closest dealership to me with everything I was looking for in a 2015 edge. David Crisp worked with me over the phone and made sure everything went smoothly from 200 miles away. When we showed up to pick up the edge, everything was ready to go and he was conscious of our tight timeline (we had a 3 1/2 hour drive home that night and work in the morning) and made the purchase hassle-free.

David Crisp is the best sales person EVER!

David Crisp is the best sales person ever. We have bought many cars and dealt with many Bad salespeople. Often times we go into a dealership wanting a specific car and deal with high pressure sales staff trying to sell a bigger or more expensive car. Personally I hate shopping for cars due to the pressures of sales people. I spoke to David on a Tuesday to ask him his advice on a Ford Focus. I walked out on Thursday with the car and everything I needed and wanted. NO HASSLES! NO PRESSURE! David delivers the service that you want when purchasing a car. He overwhelmed my son and wife with kindness. My son wants to see David more often for more MATCH BOX cars and popcorn. I would refer anybody and everybody to David. If you want to be a hero to your friends and family, give them David's card. You will not be disappointed!

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to describe my recent leasing experience through Briarwood Ford. I took the purchase of a new car very seriously, spending over 200 hours researching vehicles. When I started considering the Ford C-MAX Energi, I began contacting Ford Dealerships. David Crisp was the salesperson who helped me when I first test drove the vehicle. He was not at all pushy, we didn't even go back to his desk after the test drive! When I contacted different dealers requesting quotes, David went the extra mile to get me the best possible deal. He had the specific vehicle I wanted traded from another dealership and ordered accessories for me, both of which arrived within 2 days. David put up with me as I asked endless questions, I wanted to know exactly what each individual charge was for. After dealing with a number of salespeople who left a bad taste in my mouth, David was a breath of fresh air. He is friendly, helpful, honest, and above all, patient. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car.

If you are looking for the best sales consultant ever, you should connect with David Crisp at Briarwood Ford. I did my research on the Escape before meeting David and my goal was to get a new car as quick as possible. David asked me all of the appropriate questions and within 10 minutes he drove my new Escape up to the showroom. He guided me through the purchasing process without a glitch, and the next day I took delivery. David actually picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership to get my new car. In the last week I leased a Ford Escape SE a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the car and the experience!

My sales rep, David Crisp, was incredibly patient. I had been contacting him with occasional questions for over 2 years. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I never felt even a hint of pressure.

By the time I was ready to buy, my expectations were pretty high. But David and Briarwood Ford exceeded them. This was by far the best car buying experience of my life.
