She is our first third time winner of this award, and every win comes from her creative, thoughtful way of elevating the customer experience. 💛

This time, a customer brought their vehicle in for service, and Jasmine happened to notice a grocery list in the car. The only thing on the list was graham crackers. While the customer’s vehicle was being worked on, Jasmyn made a quick trip to the store and picked up graham crackers for them, saving the customer an extra stop on their busy day. 🥹🛒

It’s a small gesture, but it’s exactly the kind of thoughtfulness that makes a big difference. Moments like this are what make Capitol feel so special.
