🌟🎉 Congratulations to Jasmyn, our Remarkable Player of the Month!

If you’ve been around long enough, you know this recognition is nothing new for Jasmyn! Looking back over the past few months/years, she’s earned several awards, and for good reason. She works hard to be someone her team can always count on to get the job done and do it well, all while going above and beyond to make every experience special.

Say hello to Jasmyn, our latest Elevate the Moment winner! 🌟

She is our first third time winner of this award, and every win comes from her creative, thoughtful way of elevating the customer experience. 💛

This time, a customer brought their vehicle in for service, and Jasmine happened to notice a grocery list in the car. The only thing on the list was graham crackers. While the customer’s vehicle was being worked on, Jasmyn made a quick trip to the store and picked up graham crackers for them, saving the customer an extra stop on their busy day. 🥹🛒

It’s a small gesture, but it’s exactly the kind of thoughtfulness that makes a big difference. Moments like this are what make Capitol feel so special.

Congratulations, Jasmyn! We’re so lucky to have you, and we can’t wait to see what thoughtful moment you come up with next! 🌟👏

Every day, Derek shows up ready to help people find exactly what they need, and that dedication just earned him our Remarkable Player of the month at Toyota. 🏆

The best part, Derek was nominated by a fellow employee. That kind of respect from your coworkers says a lot about the person you are, and with Derek, it’s no surprise. Superstar move, superstar guy. ⭐

Congrats, Derek! This one is well deserved. 👏

Come meet the people who make Capitol Toyota more than just a dealership. ❤️
