This customer’s Infiniti had the red brake warning light come on and needed some attention. After a full inspection, we found that all four brakes were worn low and needed replacement.

While replacing the brakes, we also discovered loose front outer tie rod ends. We replaced the outer tie rods along with the brakes and got this customer safely back on the road! 💪

⚠️ Remember: We always recommend getting an alignment after replacing steering components to ensure proper handling and prevent uneven tire wear.

🚨 Another emergency call handled by Bickford's Diesel Tech! 🚨

We got an emergency call for this 2016 Isuzu box truck that was stranded at a customer's house with a crank, no-start condition.

We responded on short notice and quickly diagnosed the issue. We found the fuel line had ripped off the top of the fuel tank, and the fuel level sending unit had broken loose. We were able to securely reconnect the fuel line, prime the fuel system, and get the truck fired up and back on the road the same day.

Now we're back to complete the repair the right way by replacing the fuel tank level sending unit and securing the fuel line with a new clamp to ensure a reliable, long-lasting fix.

🚛 Another Truck Back on the Road! 🔧

This customer had this truck sitting for 2 years with a fuel pressure issue that no one could figure out.

He gave Bickford's Diesel Tech a call, and we came directly to his location to diagnose the problem on-site.

After a complete diagnostic, we found erratic fuel pressure codes along with multiple injector fault codes. Through testing, we narrowed the issue down to two faulty fuel injectors that were out of spec.

✅ Replaced injectors on cylinders #2 and #6
✅ Cleared all fault codes
✅ Verified proper operation

Now this truck is back on the road where it belongs, making the customer money again!
