20$ an hour is my rate with free commute in salem plus parts 1 hour minimum.outside salem hourly rate starts when i start driving ALSO OPEN TO TRADE!!!

I'm here to help. I beleive i have satisfied all my coustermers.Generally it takes less than the hour but sometimes things are designed without maintenance in mind so something like changing the spark plugs can take a few hour and may require a gasket set. dodge is real good about making stuff like that.
Im not claiming to be a professional mechinic. I do my very best to diagnose the problem and only replace the problem part(s) some things may be out of my scope like new cars that need injectors coding when replaced or tire pressure sensor syncing basicly anything i need a bidirectional scanner for until i get one some things i just simply can't do. I can do engine swaps but this will be best done at my place brakes oil change.coils.electrical.clutch bleeding ect. Some things that can make me a better option over "professionals " is repairing a part rather than replacing an example of this is bumper covers. the paint alone is usually upwards of 400 alone if the tabs are broke and its loose but otherwise it looks fine many times i can sew it together and add material in around 4 hours and the bumper will look like it never had a problem and some time even be stronger than it was originally

I'm not a "professional" but i have had good luck repairing my own vehicles without buying unnecessary parts
if the problem is an obvious one and you know what needs to be done I can give a more concrete price if its is a problem that is less obvious like a electrical problem ill do my best to figure it out for the $20 inspection(20 if I have to drive to the vehicle) im also open to BARTER !!! I'm also willing to assist you if you need just need some help, I have an engine hoist.and I can mount and dismount tires

I charge the actual price for parts (wrecking yard parts depending how much work to get them might be different) I'm not trying to rip anybody off but I'm not trying to get ripped off either, when charging as little as I do it hurts a lot more to get screwed, like if I quote 50 to install a wheel bearing because the customer already purchased the part then I take the axel apart then the bearing is the wrong one, then the customer is unreasonable and expects me to go in the hole for something that was out of my control. I take pride in my honesty and want to help people.
