HAPPY CLOSING DAY to Vinny and Tracey on their 2006 Hunter 450 CC, aka the boat of their dreams! Love love love when deals like this go so smoothly and happily! 🥳☺️ This couldn’t have been a more perfect boat for them, and every step of the process just seemed to fall into place. Not to mention, we made an offer on this boat BEFORE it was even listed! It was also fun working with Joe Zammataro (Papa Joe), who represented the sellers. 😎

To make this experience even more special, Vince and Tracey are from Rhode Island, and they gifted me with this beautiful bracelet (swipe right) of the historic Narragansett Coast Guard House.

Where the Coast Guard House (now a restaurant) is currently located, famed architects McKim, Mead & White designed and had built a solid granite building in the late 1800s for the United States Life Saving Service -- the precursor to the U.S. Coast Guard. They also built the stunning Narragansett Towers (1885) -- once a wing of one of Narragansett's famed hotels and now used as a public events venue -- which majestically stands right next to the Coast Guard House. Both buildings have National Register of Historic Places designations. She is known as being a strong survivor to several major hurricanes, while her surroundings were devastated.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude to have worked with everyone involved in this deal. Congratulations to Vince and Tracey as they enter this next chapter in their lives!! ⛵️

Preferred Yachts tour at the Catalina Yachts factory yesterday! Catalina is located right here in St. Pete. I’ve been fortunate to go on about 4-5 of these tours now.
