A customer sees a mechanic fix their car in just two minutes and wonders why the bill is $250. What they don’t see are the years of experience, the thousands of problems solved, the mistakes made, and the knowledge it took to figure out exactly what was wrong.

💯 You’re not paying a mechanic just to turn a wrench. You’re paying them to know which wrench to turn, where to turn it, and why. Experience makes difficult things look easy. Never mistake someone’s efficiency for a lack of effort. The faster they solve your problem, the more valuable their expertise might be.

Respect the skill. Respect the experience. Know your worth. 💪🔧
