We are proud to recognize Elliot as our June Employee of the Month!
Anyone who works alongside Elliot knows just how much he does every single day. He’s one of those people whose impact is felt everywhere. From helping customers, checking vehicles in and out, running cars, assisting the team, handling dealer work, doing touch-ups, and jumping into whatever needs to be done without hesitation.
His teammates described him as calm, dependable, hardworking, respectful, loyal, and always willing to help. Whether things are smooth or hectic, Elliot brings a cool, collected attitude and a work ethic that helps keep the shop moving. He holds himself to a high standard, takes pride in the details, and consistently sets the team up for success.
One thing that was said over and over again is that when Elliot is gone, everyone notices. He’s become a true puzzle piece of Detail 360, someone who fits our culture perfectly and brings value not only through his work, but through his personality. He keeps the mood light, makes people laugh, brings positive energy, and treats everyone with genuine respect.
Our customers, vendors, and dealership partners notice it too. Elliot’s customer service, professionalism, and attitude continue to earn compliments from the people we work with every day.
And of course, we can’t forget a few important details: Elliot is also known for his great taste in music, being a true cologne connoisseur, and always being someone the team can count on.
