PSA: We try to be accommodating as possible working around everyone's schedule, however this last few months we have seen an influx of booked appointments being cancelled last minute or no shows.
We understand things come up, if you know you can't make it please reschedule with plenty of notice. When you don't you are stealing time that could've been allocated to another person who really could've gotten in sooner. You no showing an appointment shows you clearing don't respect our time.
If this continues we will be forced to take deposits on all appointments with new clients and people with a track record of cancelling or no showing. Yes you no showers, you're on our naughty list.
Please be respectful of everyone's time.
