If you used a credit or debit card at our location between Monday at 4:00 PM and Wednesday at 12:00 PM, you may notice “ARCO” appearing on your bank or credit card statement instead of Towbar.

Please be assured that this is not a security breach or compromise of your card information.

We recently received a new register, and due to an error by our credit card processor, the wrong processing credentials were entered. As a result, transactions during that time period may display ARCO (West Coast) on your statement instead of Towbar.

Your transaction was processed normally. We apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you for supporting us!
