🚨 Important Update for Columbia River BMX 🚨
This is not an easy post to make.
Due to new responsibilities at work that will require me to travel and attend school, I will unfortunately need to step down as Track Operator for Columbia River BMX. Several members of our current board are also stepping down, which means our track is in urgent need of new leadership.
Columbia River BMX has always been built by the community — parents, riders, volunteers, and sponsors who believe in giving kids and families a place to ride, compete, and grow. What we have here is special, but it only works when people step up to keep it going.
Right now we need individuals who are willing to help take on leadership roles and continue moving the track forward. This includes positions such as Track Operator and board members who can help guide the future of the program.
If Columbia River BMX has meant something to you or your family, now is the time to step forward and help ensure it continues for the next generation of riders.
I’m incredibly proud of what this community has built together, and I will always support the track however I can. But the future of Columbia River BMX depends on people willing to take the reins and keep this momentum alive.
If you are interested in stepping up or learning what the roles involve, please reach out.
Let’s keep Columbia River BMX strong.
