What we found was SHOCKing! 👀

This Tundra came in after a tire shop found a bad ball joint during an alignment. The customer wasn't told which one, so we took a closer look.

Both front shocks were broken away from the lower control arms, two ball joints were slightly loose, the inner tie rod ends were very loose, and the steering gear was leaking.

Qualified inspections can save lives.

Loud Doesn't Mean Easy. 🔎

This Pacifica came in with a loud noise that changed with vehicle speed. A stethoscope helped narrow it down, but with a noise this loud, pinpointing the source can be difficult.

We used a wireless chassis ear to compare the readings side-to-side and confirm the right front wheel bearing was the source.

Multiple tests help confirm diagnostic results.

Found it! 🔎❄️

This Suburban came to us for a second opinion after another shop condemned the auxiliary A/C hoses for a leak.

UV dye didn't reveal anything obvious, so we brought out the electronic refrigerant detector and found the leak at the rear evaporator (via the condensate drain).

Sometimes finding the right answer means having more than one way to look for it.

Tick... Tock... ⏰

Sometimes, that ticking noise isn't just annoying; it's your engine asking for attention.

This Pentastar V6 came in with an intermittent misfire that eventually turned into a ticking noise. Inspection revealed a failed rocker arm roller bearing and abnormal wear on the camshaft; a common issue on these engines.

The longer you wait, the more likely a small repair becomes a bigger one!

What looked like a decent vehicle from above revealed rust through the floor, impact damage, missing hardware, loose components, and more once it was on the lift.
