As you know, Xtreme Airboats, LLC is the owner of the well-known and successful brand XTREME AIRBOATS, which we have used for well over 5 years in conjunction with our highly-regarded airboat manufacturing services.

We recently learned that Robert Cote and a company called Xtreme Airboat Tour’s LLC (collectively, “Xtreme Airboat Tours”) have been infringing our trademark rights in and to our XTREME AIRBOATS mark. Specifically, that Xtreme Airboat Tours has been promoting and rendering airboat-related services under the confusingly similar marks XTREME AIRBOAT MANUFACTURING and XTREME AIRBOAT TOURS AND MANUFACTURING (collectively, the “Infringing Marks”), including on its page as depicted below:

To be clear, Xtreme Airboat Tours neither had nor does it currently have any right to use the Infringing marks. We have not provided Xtreme Airboat Tours any authorization or consent to use the marks, so any use of the Infringing marks by Xtreme Airboat Tours in conjunction with airboat manufacturing services is unauthorized and should be viewed as infringement. We respectfully request that you promptly report any instances of infringement to 407-744-7097 or email [email protected]

​Please rest assured that we are actively taking steps to stop Xtreme Airboat Tours’ unauthorized use of the Infringing Marks and will provide you with status updates as we learn more and deem such updates appropriate.
