The ESS S65 G1 Intercooled Supercharger System adds an advertised 150–180 WHP over stock to the E9X M3, and the details are worth a closer look.

Swipe through the G1 supercharger, black ESS manifold, velocity stacks, pulleys, and supporting hardware. Liquid intercooling helps manage intake temperatures, while the included ESS engine software brings the system together.

We recently installed an AWE Track Edition cat-back exhaust on this 2026 Toyota GR Supra at EP3 Motorsports, giving its turbocharged inline-six a louder, more aggressive voice.

Here’s what’s behind those 5-inch chrome silver tips:

▪️ 3-inch mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel piping
▪️ Straight-through design with bullet resonators in the midpipes
▪️ Straight rear sections for the Track Edition’s aggressive sound
▪️ 11 pounds lighter than the factory exhaust

From the welds underneath to the tips filling the rear diffuser, the details deserve the swipe. 👀

More fuel needs precise control. Meet the brain behind your supplemental injection. 🧠⛽️

The MOTIV ReFlex+ Advanced I/O Integration BMW B58/S58 Plug-n-Play kit.

We’ve covered the pump, filtration, lines, and injectors. ReFlex+ brings control to the port-injection side of that setup:

▪️ Sequential injector operation, timed to the engine
▪️ CAN-bus communication with compatible tuning platforms
▪️ Support for ethanol sensing and additional sensor inputs
▪️ BMW-specific plug-n-play wiring

When does it belong in your build? When you’re adding supplemental port injection to meet fuel demand beyond your current direct-injection setup. For an S58 chasing 850+ WHP, planning the controller and calibration is part of planning the hardware.

We highly recommend the 0–10 BAR pressure sensor pictured here, sold separately. It lets you monitor fuel pressure and, with compatible software and proper configuration, support low-pressure safety strategies under load.

The kit provides the controller and harnesses; port-injection hardware, sensors, and tuning complete the system.

One of our first S55 builds. Still running strong. Still coming home to EP3. 🏁

This 2016 BMW M4 GTS is a piece of EP3 Motorsports history. We helped build it early in our S55 journey, and years later, we’re still the team handling its service.

MCS coilovers with remote reservoirs, SPL sway bar links, Apex 10-RS wheels, and an APR Performance front splitter and canards.

Turn up the boost. Keep the heat in check. Make it Ruby Star Pink. 💨

This do88 Charge Cooler Manifold was powder-coated for an S58 build with personality, and the hardware backs it up:

▪️ 62% larger intercooler core than stock
▪️ 21% more airflow at the same pressure drop, per do88 testing
▪️ Aluminum construction for higher boost pressures
▪️ Thermal barrier spacer to help reduce heat soak
▪️ Port-injection provisions with an included fuel rail

Why upgrade? As intake temperatures rise, your ECU can pull power. For tuned builds and demanding track use, better charge cooling helps support consistent performance when you keep asking more of your S58.

The mod list was already serious. Now the dyno sheet is, too. 🔥

This 2023 BMW X4M came to EP3 Motorsports already built, with tuning next on the list. With Bend Calibration handling the tune, the result was mid-700 WHP and just over 700 lb-ft of torque.

Your next power goal needs a plan for every drop. ⛽️

We’ve covered getting fuel from the tank through the pump, filter, and lines. Now we’re highlighting the injectors that meter supplemental fuel into the intake ports.

Developed with Bosch Motorsport, the ID1300-XDS offers:

▪️ High-flow capability for increased fuel demand
▪️ Stainless internals designed to resist corrosion from alcohol fuels
▪️ Compatibility with gasoline and ethanol
▪️ Precise delivery across varying fuel demands

For an S58 build chasing 850+ WHP, supplemental port injection belongs in the fueling conversation when direct injection can no longer meet demand. The right injector size depends on your ethanol content, fuel pressure, and how much supplemental fuel the engine needs.

These work alongside your factory direct injectors as part of a compatible port-injection system, with the appropriate rail, fuel supply, controller, and calibration.
