You didn’t think we’d save all the tropical heat for the front, did you? 👀🍹

Turn Issue 156 over and you’ll find the fabulous Vivi Chulada taking over our BACK COVER! 🌴✨

With classic-car charm, tropical glamour, and that unmistakable pinup attitude, Vivi gives our Tiki & Tropical Issue the perfect send-off. From the gorgeous vintage Thunderbird behind her to that fabulous tropical look, this cover feels like summer decided it wasn’t quite ready to leave yet. 🌺

Issue 156 features Ruby Augusta & Onyx Graves on our two collectible front covers, but Vivi makes sure there’s something worth collecting on the back, too.

Because around here, the back cover deserves its moment. 💋

✨ PINUP SPOTLIGHT • RUBY AUGUSTA ✨

Say hello to the radiant Ruby Augusta, photographed by That Retro Redhead Photography, as seen in The Social Pin Magazine — and you may recognize this beauty from the cover of Issue 149! 💋✨

A Southern lady through and through, Ruby was born in Tennessee, raised in Georgia, and now calls the South Carolina/North Carolina border home. Her heart belongs to live music, vintage cars, fashion, the outdoors, and time spent with friends and family — all things that seem to come together perfectly in the wonderful world of pinup. ❤️

Her pinup name carries an especially beautiful meaning. Ruby Augusta was the name of her Scottish grandmother, a woman she remembers as a beacon of love and light in her life. Today, Ruby proudly carries her namesake forward with plenty of grace, glamour, and heart.

And one of our favorite parts of Ruby’s story? She discovered pinup at 50 and never looked back! 💕 Proof that there is no “right” age to discover something that makes you feel confident, creative, and completely yourself.

Inspired by the glamour of Veronica Lake, Jayne Mansfield, and Marilyn Monroe, Ruby gravitates toward Old Hollywood style and fabulous 1950s fashion. When she isn’t embracing her pinup side, she’s a college professor and English teacher — making this vintage-loving beauty every bit as brilliant as she is glamorous. 📚💋

We absolutely love having Ruby Augusta in the pages of The Social Pin and celebrating the woman behind the photographs. ✨
